Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation, ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and cooking processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering services as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the management team.
• Stay updated on current food trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in the food industry, preferably with a focus on pizza preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in fine dining or catering is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
