Client Care Coordinator
A fast-paced, top-performing real estate team is seeking a driven and dynamic Client Care Coordinator. This key team member delivers exceptional support to both agents and clients by managing transaction details, providing world-class service, and maintaining efficient communication. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage, and appraisal processes
- Schedule inspections and track repair completion
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors
- Ensure all required documents are submitted for compliance
- Organize possession details and moving timelines
- Schedule, and coordinate closings
- Enter and manage client information in CRM database
- Conduct 30-day client follow-up check-in calls
- Make client care and event confirmation calls to agent database
- Collect testimonials and client experience feedback
- Track daily agent activities and report key metrics to CEO
- Assist with team marketing initiatives, event coordination, and promotional projects as needed
- Create simple marketing materials and communication pieces using Canva
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
- Comfortable with CRM systems and data entry
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiar with Canva and basic marketing tools
- Able to support event planning and small marketing projects
- Quick thinker who can adapt and shift priorities
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
- Dependable with consistent follow-through
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
