Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a Bachelor's degree to join our team and support children in achieving meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children with autism and a strong interest in advancing in the field of behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use evidence-based behavior interventions to teach communication, social, and life skills
- Accurately collect data and document client progress during each session
- Participate in team meetings and supervision to enhance skills and maintain best practices
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team members
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Required)
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong data collection and behavioral intervention skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass a background check, TB test, and fingerprinting
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
