Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure the highest standards of veterinary care.

• Maintain compliance with all regulations set forth by the Veterinary Medical Board.

• Oversee staff training and development, ensuring all personnel (including RVTs) meet necessary competencies.

• Implement policies and procedures that enhance practice efficiency and patient care.

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Valid RVT license is mandatory.

• Proven experience in a veterinary practice management role.

• Strong knowledge of maintaining veterinary premises in good standing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
