About the role:
CHANEL is seeking a visionary and transformative leader to shape and negotiate strategy with our Fragrance & Beauty Retailer partners to advance our collective priorities. The Senior Group Director, Commercial Development, will identify and negotiate opportunities with retailers to augment CHANEL's market-share, retailer rank, and drive our client loyalty KPIs, while preserving and build brand equity in our commercial channels. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing CHANEL's omnichannel distribution strategy across our Owned and Lease businesses; with a focus on building strategic partnerships and driving CHANEL's position as a luxury leader in both digital and physical retail environments. You will lead a high performing team and will be a key voice in guiding and inspiring talents across the organization.
