Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructor

We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable Yoga/Mat Pilates Instructor to lead high-quality classes for our members. While the ideal candidate is comfortable teaching both Yoga and Mat Pilates, we strongly encourage applicants who specialize in either discipline to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging Yoga and/or Mat Pilates classes for a diverse membership.
• Provide clear instruction and modifications for various skill levels and physical limitations.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
• Create a welcoming, professional environment that aligns with our club's service standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after class.
• Communicate class needs or equipment issues to the Fitness Director as necessary.

Requirements

• Certification in Yoga (RYT-200 or equivalent) and/or Mat Pilates from a recognized program.
• Prior group instruction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely demonstrate movements and guide members with varying fitness levels.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A positive, member-focused attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
