Trueline's client, a fast-growing luxury commercial contractor specializing in high-end retail store build-outs, is seeking a
Superintendent
to join their team in South Florida. This on-site role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, design-forward environments and wants to be part of a company that values quality craftsmanship and hands-on leadership.

What You'll Do as the Superintendent:

• Oversee on-site execution of luxury commercial retail construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are upheld
• Coordinate daily work schedules, subcontractor activity, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for project teams, mall operations, and client representatives
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues, ensuring smooth execution of design-driven builds
• Enforce all safety standards and maintain clean, compliant job sites
• Report regularly to project managers and leadership on progress, risks, and resource needs

Must-Haves as the Superintendent:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision, preferably in high-end retail, restaurant, or boutique hotel environments also ok
• Proven track record managing interior build-outs in malls or luxury commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage trades, vendors, and client expectations
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves as the Superintendent:

• Experience with national retail brands or fast-paced rollout projects
• Familiarity with mall permitting and logistics
• OSHA certification or other safety credentials
• Previous work with design-build teams or architect-led construction
