Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial driving, warehouse operations, and handling various types of cargo. A valid driver license and a clean driving record are essential. Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for route driving and deliveries
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
• Ensure proper securing of loads to prevent damage during transit
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing supplies as needed
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and operating equipment

Experience

• Proven delivery driver experience, preferably with courier or route driving roles
• Experience handling warehouse operations, including loading/unloading cargo with forklifts or pallet jacks
• Familiarity with commercial driving, including driving trucks with manual transmission
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving goods
• Prior experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle is highly desirable
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record is required
