Sales Associate

Frisco Gun Club is a one of a kind unique luxury Dallas Gun Range located just north of downtown in Frisco. We offer 36 ranges at 25 yards and 4 rifle ranges at 100 yards, all indoors and climate-controlled. With an onsite gunsmith, cafe and coffee shop, a 100 person classroom for safety and LTC training, and an upscale VIP Club with fine dining and a full-service bar. NOTE: Only hiring part time for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving challenges using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a member's/guest's service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team; work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft, Google & Axis (POS) software.

Availability: Flexible, including nights, weekends & holidays. Must have access to reliable transportation.

A Frisco Gun Club (FGC) Sales Associate (SA) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting FGC members & customers with excellent customer service.
• Conducting various opening/mid-day/exit/closing duties.
• Being available at assigned duty location on the sales floor.
• Handling firearms safely.
• Checking people on/off the range.
• Maintaining FGC Facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Being able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without appropriate accommodations as required.
• Ability to meet Federal requirements for possessing & handling firearms, and processing firearm transactions.
• Selling memberships.
• Meeting current sales goals.
• Being familiar with all products and services currently offered at FGC.
• Being proficient with software, systems, forms, and procedures in order to fulfill assigned duties.
• Being punctual and complete all assigned tasks and duties in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.
• Upholding State and Federal regulations regarding OSHA standards.
• Must be age 18 or older
