Quality Site Manager — Hebron/Florence, KY

Starting Salary: $95,000–$105,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

The Problem We're Solving

We're building a next-generation manufacturing facility — not just in production, but in quality. Traditional QC/QA is slow, reactive, and paperwork-heavy. We're not doing that.

We're building an AI-first quality system that uses automation workflows, real-time data, digital oversight, and modern engineering thinking to eliminate errors, raise standards, and make quality proactive, not reactive.

We're looking for a hands-on quality leader who's fired up about building a system like this.

Who We Are

Steuart Nutrition exists to glorify God and build a truly transformational workplace.
Our faith drives our character.
Our mission drives our excellence.
Our people drive our impact.

We're scaling this Kentucky site toward $100M+ output, powered by robotics, AI-enabled operations, and world-class quality systems that protect our brands and elevate our culture.

If you want to lead quality in a facility that embraces technology, ownership, and innovation — you'll thrive here.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a bold, engineering-minded Quality Site Manager who wants to build a cutting-edge quality program from the ground up.

This isn't maintaining an old system — it's designing the future:

  • AI-driven workflows
  • Automated checks
  • Real-time dashboards
  • Predictive quality metrics
  • Mistake-proof processes integrated with automation

You'll also help build out our internal testing lab, mentor lab techs, and potentially provide oversight to R&D, depending on your background and passion.

This is an uncommon growth opportunity — quality + engineering + innovation + culture.

What You'll Lead

  • A full AI-first site quality program: sanitation, allergen control, ingredient verification, seal integrity, traceability, real-time metrics
  • Digital quality workflows using automation, sensors, and data
  • Launching an internal testing lab, defining capabilities, hiring lab techs, and guiding lab operations
  • Leaning into product development review and potential oversight of R&D as the site scales
  • Designing dashboards, KPIs, and digital reporting systems for proactive improvement
  • Owning audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching cross-functional teams to build a culture of responsibility and excellence
  • Partnering with production, operations, and engineering to embed quality into design, scale-up, and day-to-day operations

Why This Role Is Different

Most quality managers fight fires.
You'll design the sprinkler system.

Most quality departments run on clipboards.
You'll run on automation and AI.

Most quality teams are siloed.
You'll be part of the senior leadership team shaping the entire plant.

This is quality for a modern manufacturing era — and you'll be the architect.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You'll build a next-gen quality system in a brand-new, automation-driven facility
  • You'll be empowered to experiment, innovate, and introduce digital tools
  • You'll shape lab capabilities and potentially influence R&D direction
  • You'll work in a faith-driven environment where your character matters
  • You'll have enormous growth potential — professionally, financially, and personally
  • You'll play a major role in building a mission-driven, high-performance culture

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • AI-enabled quality workflows fully operational
  • Internal lab foundation built — systems, tools, and team
  • Quality metrics visible and improving across all production lines
  • Predictive problem-solving, not reactive scrambling
  • Operators and supervisors owning their quality outcomes
  • Audit readiness, strong documentation, and high trust from partners
  • A culture where quality is instinctive, not enforced

Must-Have Traits

  • Love the mission
  • Strong engineering/process mindset
  • Hungry to adopt AI, automation, and digital quality tools
  • Hands-on leader who solves problems at the source
  • Humble, teachable, organized, and driven
  • Strong communicator and culture-carrier
  • Deep alignment with our mission, values, and "work is worship" mindset

Experience Requirements

  • Preferably 5+ years in quality or manufacturing leadership
  • No degree required — capability and character matter more
  • Experience with audits, metrics, root cause, or automation preferred
  • Passion for building and learning new tech (AI, robotics, workflow automation)

Your Future Here

As the facility scales, your role can grow into:

  • Multi-Site Quality Director
  • R&D Scientist or Quality/R&D Hybrid Leadership
  • Corporate Quality Leadership
  • Or a deeply fulfilling long-term leadership position with major bonus potential and influence

There is meaningful upward mobility here — in leadership, compensation, and impact.

If This Sounds Like You…

You love engineering.
You love quality.
You love people.
And you want to build something that matters — with technology, integrity, and mission at the center.

Then this is your moment.
