We are a fast-growing, 3-year-old dental startup dedicated to exceptional patient care and genuine relationships. We are a small, close-knit team that believes in kindness, communication, and doing things the right way.
We're looking for a Dental Office Manager who wants to make a real impact, help shape our systems, and grow with us as we expand.

- Is confident in scheduling, treatment presentation, financial discussions, and daily operations
Dental office experience required.
Leadership and systems-building experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an excellent, smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Oversee scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and treatment planning
- Develop and maintain systems that support efficiency and patient care
- Support the doctor and team throughout daily operations
- Uphold and model our core values in all interactions
- Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing professional development
