We are looking for an Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead & grow our patient-centered startup

We are a fast-growing, 3-year-old dental startup dedicated to exceptional patient care and genuine relationships. Our core values guide everything we do: having a "we before me" and "always be growing" attitude, seeking clinical excellence, and staying humble and respectful. We are a small, close-knit team that believes in kindness, communication, and doing things the right way.

We're looking for a Dental Office Manager who wants to make a real impact, help shape our systems, and grow with us as we expand.

  • Is confident in scheduling, treatment presentation, financial discussions, and daily operations

Dental office experience required.
Leadership and systems-building experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent, smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and treatment planning
  • Develop and maintain systems that support efficiency and patient care
  • Support the doctor and team throughout daily operations
  • Uphold and model our core values in all interactions
  • Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing professional development
