We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and help us continue building a reputation for excellence, profitability, and strong client relationships.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager (Billing and Documentation) to support and manage civil construction project work flow from planning through completion. This role focuses on accurate pay applications, project documentation, progress tracking, and communication with project stakeholders. The right candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable managing multiple active projects while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, track, and submit monthly pay applications (AIA format experience preferred).
  • Verify quantities, stored materials, and work-in-place for accurate billing.
  • Maintain project records including meeting notes, schedules, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Assist with project startup tasks such as contracts, permits, insurance, and documentation.
  • Track project progress and provide updates to leadership and project owners.
  • Support punch list, closeout documentation, warranties, and final billing.
  • Participate in improving systems and implementation of construction management software to streamline workflow.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project management, project coordination, or similar role.
  • Understanding of billing formats and documentation requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
