Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, and previous medical office or clerical experience is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, time management, and computer literacy to provide outstanding support to staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist patients in filling neccessary paperwork & Copay Collections.
  • Verify insurance eligibiliy and communicate with patients (if needed)
  • Support office management duties including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
  • Handle correspondence via email and phone with excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist providers in sending referrals, medications and other relavants documents and record them in patient charts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Support additional clerical duties such as typing reports, managing files, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support; prior dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and general computer literacy
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with calendar management software and time management techniques

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
