Duties and Responsibilities: Occupational Therapy (OT)

• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Current OT certification in the state of Wisconsin
