What You'll Do

• Transform raw data into actionable insights that inform strategy and performance.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, and Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Analyze business data to identify trends, relationships, and opportunities across departments.
• Translate data into clear, compelling business stories and metrics to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to understand performance drivers and create clarity around results.
• Continuously refine reporting tools and processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and insight.

Requirements
What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business, financial, or data analysis.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive for clarity.
