What You'll Do
- Transform raw data into actionable insights that inform strategy and performance.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, and Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Analyze business data to identify trends, relationships, and opportunities across departments.
- Translate data into clear, compelling business stories and metrics to drive outcomes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to understand performance drivers and create clarity around results.
- Continuously refine reporting tools and processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, and insight.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business, financial, or data analysis.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive for clarity.
