AutoStar is growing, and we're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our in-store team You'll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, provide product expertise, and play a key role in driving our dealership's success. What You'll Do

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, creating a welcoming and professional buying experience
• Build rapport and uncover customer needs through thoughtful questions and active listening
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, technology, and safety benefits
• Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and completing the purchase process
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain CRM updates to manage leads and track sales activity
• Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to meet and exceed goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (automotive optional, we train)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently conduct product presentations and explain value clearly
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a positive, results-driven attitude
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must pass required background and drug screening
