Dürr CTS (Clean Technology Systems) develops advanced environmental technologies to make industrial production cleaner, safer, and more efficient. Across all our product lines, Dürr CTS offers responsive, local, and skilled service teams, delivering customer-focused support in maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, and plant modifications.

Since November 1st, 2025, Dürr CTS operates independently, with 1,300 employees across 12 countries. We provide reliable and innovative environmental technology solutions, helping customers worldwide meet their regulatory and sustainability goals.

Our portfolio includes:

  • Air Pollution Control: thermal oxidation, supportive processes, particulate matter separation
  • Noise Abatement: Silencer products, filtration, gas turbine inlet and exhaust systems by Dürr Universal
  • Decentral Power Generation: Organic Rankine Cycle systems with Cyplan ORC

We are a growing organization and are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent aligned with our business goals. You'll partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to build proactive recruiting strategies that drive innovation, diversity, and growth across the organization

Position Summary: Dürr CTS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Generalist with a specialized focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. This role is pivotal in driving our workforce strategy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent aligned with our mission to deliver cutting-edge environmental technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment and brings innovative sourcing strategies to life.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
    • Responsible to lead full-cycle recruitment for all CTS positions
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop compelling job postings, and create strategic sourcing plans
    • Utilize ATS and recruitment platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience
    • Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry networks to support talent pipelines
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity outcomes
  • Strategic HR Operations:
    • Support workforce planning and succession strategies in collaboration with leadership
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with global standards
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and retention strategies
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards across multiple jurisdictions
    • Participate in HR projects such as performance management, succession planning, and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations, Tech)
  • Demonstrated ability to easily and quickly adapt to change
  • Impeccable organization and follow-up skills are an absolute must
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with company goals
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with data analytics and recruitment metrics
