We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of the building, including cleaning, repairs, and general housekeeping
• Support the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance issues
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, supplies, and maintenance services
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the premises
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary
• Support security procedures, including visitor management and access control
• Assist with office moves, furniture arrangements, and space planning as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Experience in plumbing
• Experience in Electrical
• Pay based off experience
