Server/Cashier

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/hostess to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Provide recommendations on menu items while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
• Assist in setting up tables, serving food, and clearing dishes as needed.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to enhance their dining experience.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health of our guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
