Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Automotive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations within our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, managerial, and communication skills, with experience in office management, human resources, and vendor relations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative processes. The Automotive Office Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records to support dealership success.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk activities and multi-line phone systems
  • Manage calendar scheduling for appointments, meetings, and events
  • Supervise administrative staff, including clerical personnel and receptionists
  • Coordinate vendor management and oversee procurement of office supplies and services
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using Autosoft Accounting Software, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Manage payroll processing and human resources functions such as onboarding and employee records
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Organize event planning for dealership promotions or community outreach initiatives
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping for all office documentation
  • Provide training & development opportunities for staff to enhance team performance
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette and ensure excellent communication with clients and team members

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management within an automotive or medical office environment preferred
  • Supervising experience with team management skills essential
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management software, and multi-line phone systems required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, vendor relations, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Background in bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and human resources highly desirable
  • Experience in event planning, training & development, filing systems, and front desk operations is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are necessary to succeed in this role

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
