Pickup and Delivery Driver

Misty Moon Transport 2 is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is looking for full-time delivery and part time drivers to work out of our terminal in Saco, Maine.

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction.

We are dedicated to providing the tools and technologies to help our drivers succeed and are looking for dependable and motivated drivers who are interested in a career position.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods from the warehouse to designated locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding any issues or delays during deliveries

• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 1-year professional driving experience within the last 3 years. CDL is NOT required, and any professional driving experience can qualify. (Driving experience must be able to be verifiable).
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen (including marijuana)
• Good communication, customer service, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying delivery orders
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $250.00 per day
