Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising staff work performance, providing training and retraining as needed, and the oversight of facility duties and responsibilities. A Program Manager also provides resident supervision, monitors behavioral compliance and milieu function, mentors and role models pro-social behaviors for staff and residents, observes behavior and provides supportive and objective feedback, and is responsible to complete all written documentation in accordance with licensing requirements. A Program Manager must have knowledge fluency of A Program Manager must have knowledge fluency of Oregon Administrative Rules for Child Welfare, QRTP, and BRS requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises youth through positive interactions.
  • Serves as a positive role model for clients and staff.
  • Maintains program presence daily (Monday –Friday).
  • Maintains accurate and updated client information.
  • Responsible for communication and coordination with Director and Clinical Services.
  • Responsible for completing in person employee training, retraining, reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible to maintain close communication with client's case workers.
  • Consistent attendance and participation in QRTP Clinical Consultation meetings.
  • Maintains safe work environment for residents, staff, and community (safety measures may include physical intervention, as necessary).
  • Oversees, directs duties, assesses work performance and provides training and support for staff.
  • Actively involved with IEP teams while communicating with schools.
  • Implements supports as outlined in residents' Safety Plan.
  • Responsible for managing and reporting Program monthly budget.
  • Oversees clients' personal spending accounts and maintains responsibility for paying bills on time, such as Room and Board payments by designated date.
  • Works as a team member and helps further team objectives.
  • Responsible for the timely oversight of Quality Assurance Reports and the resolution of all errors by assigned date.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, supplemented with course work in social sciences or related field of study, and a combination of related work, school, and experience.
  • Prefer experience working with at risk adolescents in residential treatment program for Youth Programs.

Other Requirements

  • Position requires driving which requires valid driver's license for the State of Oregon, current personal auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
  • Position requires flexibility in schedule for weekend, evening and emergency availability. In addition, the flexibility to attend mandatory meetings regarding individual clients such as ISPs, IEPs, treatment reviews, and medical appointments, etc.
  • Position requires procurement of a Food Handler's License.
  • Position requires successful completion of Crisis Prevention Institute's Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
