  • Radiate a positive attitude, are big on communication and takes pride in keeping their work stations clean, sanitized and organized.
  • Responsible for following our chef crafted menu selections to the exact specifications every time.
  • Cross-trained to learn and master all food stations and act as their own prep cooks.
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality, ethically prepared, delicious meals in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; must be able to stoop, bend, reach, lift and carry heavy plates and/or bags and boxes.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Responsible for participating in all aspects of kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food.
  • Maintains and properly uses all kitchen equipment including fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers and rotisserie.
  • Consistently ensures that prep duties are excellently prepped, seasoned and cooked to the standards taught by culinary leaders by the designated time of completion.
  • Follows standard operating procedures of all recipes, techniques, and builds sheets of assigned dishes as taught by culinary leaders.
  • Responsible for correct product storage of all mise en place, including labeling and dating procedures.
  • Maintains a clear dish station including but not limited to chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards and assists with deep cleaning schedule.
  • Supports the team (Hospitality and Kitchen) whenever needed.
  • Has intimate knowledge of Department of Health standards and uses them as a guide to keep kitchen spaces tidy, and to hold the team accountable.

What we need from you:

  • 2+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment
  • Food Handlers License
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required

What we offer:

  • Hourly rate of $ $22.00 per hour
  • Profit Sharing after 6 Months of employment
  • Full time/Part time
