Senior Project Manager

who will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and delivering small to large-scale projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on organizing teams, managing project goals, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs - all while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager – Controls
oversees the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope. This includes cost control, schedule development, resource coordination, vendor management, and communication with project stakeholders. You will lead teams, provide direction, and ensure that all work meets quality expectations. This role requires independence, excellent organization, and comfort managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects of varying size and complexity with minimal oversight.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall priorities.
• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and financial performance.
• Build, maintain, and manage project schedules from initiation through completion.
• Assign, coordinate, and guide resources to meet project requirements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
• Support decision-making processes by advising on the best solutions for business objectives.
• Lead and develop high-performing project teams; provide mentorship and direction.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are clearly set and fulfilled.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal teams and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, obstacles, and milestones.
• Adhere to all internal policies and stay up to date on organizational guidelines and processes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of professional experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in data center construction or build-out is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Previous supervisory experience may be beneficial as this role may include leadership responsibilities.
