The Role:

Sexy Fish Miami is looking for an experienced Cocktail Server to join our luxury, high-volume team. The ideal candidate is polished, fast, knowledgeable about cocktails/spirits, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver extraordinary, attentive service aligned with the Sexy Fish Miami hospitality standards.
• Provide expert knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits, wine, and all beverage offerings.
• Take and process orders efficiently and accurately; ensure timely delivery of drinks.
• Execute high-volume service with precision during peak hours and events.
• Maintain immaculate tables, sections, and service stations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, hosts, and management to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Upsell and promote specialty cocktails, premium spirits, and unique offerings.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all safety and service regulations.
• Build rapport with guests to personalize service and encourage return visits.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of cocktail serving experience in a fine dining, luxury, or high-volume nightlife environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, classic cocktails, and wine.
• Exceptional communication and guest-relation skills.
• Ability to remain calm, polished, and efficient under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
• Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates should meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 or more hours during a shift
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in an environment with varying noise and lighting levels
• Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
