About Us

Sheikh, Osher & Scott CPAs & Advisors, P.C. is a mid market CPA firm. We're a full-service CPA firm delivering audit, tax, accounting, business advisory, and fractional CFO services to small to mid-size healthcare, nonprofits, franchises, retail, and professional services. Our mission is to empower clients with clarity, compliance, and growth-oriented guidance so they can focus on what they do best.

The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to accelerate growth in key markets. You'll work closely with the Managing Partner and firm leaders to open doors, shape pursuits, and convert high-fit opportunities into long-term clients. This is a relationship-driven, outcomes-oriented role with clear targets and strong support.

What You'll Do

Leverage firm-generated qualified leads: work a steady flow of highly qualified leads provided by the firm—conduct discovery conversations, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into new client engagements.

Own new-client acquisition: identify and qualify prospects through networking, partnerships, RFP monitoring, and targeted outreach.

Lead strategic pursuits: run pre-pursuit research, build win strategies, coordinate SMEs, shape proposals, and support oral presentations.

Manage the pipeline, end-to-end: from first conversation to signed engagement; maintain clean CRM data and forecast accurately.

Collaborate across the firm: partner with service line leaders and marketing to leverage thought leadership, events, and campaigns.

Tell the story: craft tailored pitch materials and executive presentations that translate complex services into clear client outcomes.

Coach and uplift: share BD best practices with partners and managers; help raise the firm's overall business development maturity.

Represent the brand: build referral relationships, stay active in relevant associations, and be present in the market.

Impact & KPIs

  • Qualified opportunities created
  • Meetings booked and advanced
  • Proposal win rate and revenue closed
  • Pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Quality of pursuit strategy and client feedback
