Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking area.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety rules and procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize mandated PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts as required.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good spatial awareness and ability to navigate warehouse aisles.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must comply with all Safety regulations and PPE requirements.
