We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare paperwork for accuracy.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Understanding of Logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
