We are looking for energetic and organized individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Austin, Texas . In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail are key to fulfilling customer orders correctly and on time, a critical element of our logistics operations. Duties include using pick lists or scanners to locate merchandise, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and labeling packages for delivery. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is also part of your responsibility. A strong emphasis is placed on safety ; all associates must adhere to warehouse safety policies and wear the required PPE . This position requires the ability to perform consistent lifting of items, often weighing up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. We are seeking reliable individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus but not required.
