Are you ready to be an integral part of our fulfillment operations? We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our San Jose, California facility. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction, making this a vital position within our logistics network. Key duties include accurately locating items in the warehouse, using scanning equipment to track inventory, and ensuring that orders are packed securely and correctly. You will also be involved in receiving incoming inventory and restocking shelves. A strong focus on safety is essential, and you must comply with all warehouse safety rules and regulations. Proper use of PPE , such as safety vests and gloves, is mandatory. This role involves frequent lifting of boxes up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. We value team players who are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining a productive work environment.
