We have an immediate opening for a Receiving Clerk in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all incoming shipments. This includes unloading delivery trucks, inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and promptly stocking received items. The Receiving Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that products are ready for distribution. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting. A commitment to Safety and adherence to established procedures are essential. You will be required to use appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and gloves. This role interacts with suppliers and internal departments, requiring good communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and have a proactive approach to their work. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
