Our Kansas City, Missouri facility is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed. This role requires individuals who are organized, efficient, and committed to providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling a variety of products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets or RF scanner data.
- Pack items appropriately for safe transit, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to company standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various warehouse tasks, including occasional heavy lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is beneficial.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- A commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
