Join our Des Moines, Iowa team as a Warehouse Worker! This role is essential for the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including receiving and unloading incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is a key responsibility for all warehouse personnel. You must be diligent in following all Safety guidelines and consistently use the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. While prior warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
