Join our dedicated team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as an Order Picker! We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and motivated to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing products for shipment within our warehouse. Your accuracy and speed are crucial to our operational success. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Verify the items picked against the order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Transport orders to the designated shipping areas.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Meet established performance metrics for picking speed and accuracy.
- Assist other warehouse personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must wear provided PPE , including safety footwear.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
