Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
  • Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and promote a safe work environment.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE in all relevant areas.
  • Participate in tasks involving lifting and handling of inventory items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Understanding and compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
  • Capability to perform tasks involving moderate lifting.
