Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety standards and promote a safe work environment.
- Ensure proper use of PPE in all relevant areas.
- Participate in tasks involving lifting and handling of inventory items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Understanding and compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Capability to perform tasks involving moderate lifting.
