We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is central to our daily operations, involving the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse facility. As a Warehouse Associate, you will participate in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and stocking duties, ensuring smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment, contributing to the overall success of our Logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and inspect for damages.
- Stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and protocols, including the correct use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet performance metrics.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to Safety practices and the use of PPE .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed.
- Commitment to contributing to a positive and efficient Logistics team.
