Boise, Idaho, needs your organizational skills! We are hiring a dedicated Receiving Clerk to manage the incoming flow of goods at our logistics facility. This role is essential for ensuring that all incoming inventory is accurately accounted for, inspected, and properly documented. You will be the first point of contact for deliveries, responsible for verifying shipments against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and preparing goods for storage or further processing. The ideal candidate is meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses strong administrative and communication skills. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: unloading incoming freight, verifying the quantity and quality of goods received, inspecting for damage, accurately entering receiving data into the inventory management system, coordinating with shipping departments, and maintaining organized receiving areas. You will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics chain. This position may involve occasional lifting.
