Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including the correct use of required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Perform general warehouse duties to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles. Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to following all safety procedures is mandatory. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
