*Position Overview*
We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist who values high-quality care, individualized treatment, and contributing to a supportive clinic culture. This position offers flexibility, strong clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build specialty programs or niche interests.
You will have a steady orthopedic caseload, reasonable visit volumes, and the ability to shape your professional focus while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.
*What You’ll Do*
* Provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for orthopedic, post-operative, and sports rehabilitation patients
* Manage a sustainable caseload with a focus on quality over volume
* Collaborate with a seasoned team of PTs and PTAs.
* Participate in case discussions, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best-practice standards

*Who We’re Looking For*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
* Oregon PT License (or ability to obtain)
* Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills; interest in sports, vestibular, or other specialties a plus
* Excellent communication and patient education abilities
* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality care
Candidates of all experience levels encouraged to apply
Pay: $43.67 - $48.08 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
