Construction-related company in the Ellaville, GA area is seeking an IT Systems Administrator.
*Duties and Responsibilities include:*
* Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user hardware, software, security, and peripheral devices * Monitoring computer systems to ensure network performance for computer systems and networks * Onboard / Offboard new users and workstations by setting up or securing user accounts, permissions, and passwords, Office 365® and other software and associated hardware. * Provide technical support to users, printers, workstation hardware and software. * Use Microsoft Active Directory® and Group Policy to control access to network resources. * Set up and support remote users with SonicWall VPN, MFA, and Remote Desktop connectivity to the company's LAN/WAN VPN mesh.
*The Ideal Candidate should have:*
* Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure * Experienced with Microsoft Active Directory®, Group Policy and Microsoft Windows Server® operating systems * Applicable experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation and troubleshooting * Experience with local area network and wide area network administration * Exhibit excellent attention to details and follow precise procedures * Ability to quickly learn technologies and products using documentation and internet resources. * Ability to work with all levels of IT staff inside and outside the organization. xawqmyg * Sound written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently under minimal supervision * Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
