Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Manage and create content for social media platforms (organic and paid) to support campaign objectives.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesfire / Hubspot, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the SEO/PPC team to align efforts across organic and paid channels.
Update and optimise website content, banners, landing pages, and product descriptions for performance and SEO.
Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesfire dashboards, and social platform insights.
Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance.
Contribute to strategic planning discussions, bringing fresh ideas and creative input to monthly campaigns and long‑term growth plans.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, Salesfire and Hubspot, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Magento, or similar), and social media tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Creative thinking and excellent content creation skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Desirable
Experience in the industrial or e‑commerce sector is a plus.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva is advantageous.
