Relay Direct, a fast-growing face‑to‑face sales and marketing agency, is seeking Junior Sales Project Managers to support our campaigns and drive growth. This role is ideal for someone with leadership potential who wants to gain hands‑on experience in managing projects, people, and performance while still being active in sales.
What you'll be doing:
Project coordination: Supporting sales campaigns, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining smooth operations.
Sales delivery: Leading by example with face‑to‑face customer engagement, generating leads, and closing sales.
Team support: Assisting with training, motivating, and guiding junior team members.
Reporting & strategy: Tracking results, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting project planning.
