Product Designer
to join our Digital Road squad, a team focused on enhancing and transforming the roadside experience for millions of members. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a heritage brand, working within a large, collaborative team that’s constantly improving how we serve our members. As a mid-weight Product Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life across web and app platforms, with a strong emphasis on Figma, facilitation, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to turn vision into reality, crafting seamless, user-centred journeys in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. From ideation workshops to high-fidelity prototyping, you’ll be hands‑on throughout the design lifecycle, always pushing for better. What will I be doing?
Design and refine user journeys across web and app platforms using Figma to deliver high‑fidelity, user‑centred solutions. Facilitate ideation sessions and workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and co‑create design outcomes. ate closely with cross‑functional teams including product owners, developers, and content designers to deliver seamless experiences. Translate complex problems and user needs into compelling design narratives that bring the product vision to life. Use data, research, and user feedback to inform design decisions and continuously iterate on solutions. Thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high design standards. What do I need?
A
strong Figma practitioner
with a passion for staying ahead of the curve. Experience designing for both
web and app
(mobile‑first mindset essential). Confident
facilitator
with ideation and workshop experience. A
natural storyteller
- able to craft and communicate a compelling design vision. Proven ability to
collaborate with stakeholders
at all levels and across business areas. Comfortable working in a
high‑paced, agile environment
with shifting priorities. A team player who thrives on feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement. Additional information
