About the Role

Our Data Science team is a world-class organization leading data-driven decision-making and conversational AI efforts across the company. Joining us offers a high-growth career opportunity to work with talented data scientists in a high-performance, impactful culture.

As a Senior Data Scientist on our AI team, you will transform data into actionable insights and models for our AI products. We seek an experienced scientist eager to develop novel approaches and apply them at scale. Your contributions will influence the development of cutting-edge ML solutions, enabling effective messaging strategies.

What You'll Accomplish

Lead development of statistical, econometric, optimization, and machine learning models for messaging and AI products Design and execute experiments, interpret results, and draw actionable conclusions Use data to understand product performance, identify improvements, and define roadmaps Present findings to senior leadership to inform business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, client services, and sales to drive value from ideation to production Your Expertise

Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Statistics, Economics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or related fields Strong understanding of statistical, ML, optimization, and economic foundations Experience with experimental design and analysis Proficiency in exploratory data analysis, statistical testing, and model development Ability to efficiently work with large datasets using Python Advanced SQL skills Nice to Haves

2+ years industry experience as an Applied or Data Scientist Knowledge of advanced statistical inference, experimentation, and causal inference Experience with econometric models for pricing and promotion optimization Expertise in customer lifetime value modeling Experience with personalization systems and cohort modeling Background in operations research (scheduling, assignment problems) Knowledge of advanced XGBoost modeling topics Enjoy competitive

- The US base salary range for this full-time role is $200,000 - $260,000 annually + equity + benefits
