Department: MCR CT Scanning FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program. ~ Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). 3 years of experience in Computed Tomography. ~ Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care CT Technologist and Quality Educator Facilitates regulatory and organizational compliance. Implements protocols on scanning equipment, to maintain image management and quality. Maintains training and staff competencies to meet quality and regulatory requirements. Monitors ongoing training. Completes special projects to implement solutions for clinical operations. Participates in reviewing policies and guidelines. Creates patient care forms. Recommends opportunities for performance improvement. Provides reports from clinical databases. Provides interpretation of data for physicians and staff. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. In small, personal ways through human connection.
