Über
workload access controls
and
secrets management . Architect and deploy
secrets management solutions
(e.g.,
HashiCorp Vault ) ensuring secure storage, rotation, and lifecycle management of privileged credentials. Apply frameworks such as
SPIFFE
and
SPIRE
to build standardized, secure workload identities. Leverage PAM tools including
CyberArk ,
Delinea Secret Server ,
HashiCorp Vault , and
Microsoft Entra ID
to enhance enterprise security. Define and enforce PAM policies, standards, and procedures that align with regulatory and organizational compliance. Assess PAM controls and recommend improvements to strengthen client security posture. Collaborate with cross?functional partners to identify and mitigate privileged access risks. Stay current with emerging PAM and cybersecurity technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years
of experience in cybersecurity architecture, with expertise in
PAM and secrets management . Proven track record architecting and deploying enterprise-scale PAM solutions. Hands?on experience with
HashiCorp Vault
and modern
secrets management
concepts (ephemeral secrets, machine identity, key rotation). Strong knowledge of
identity and access management (IAM)
and
privilege?based risk
mitigation. Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as
PCI DSS ,
HIPAA ,
GDPR , etc. Understanding of
cloud architectures , including IAM for cloud services, SSDLC, encryption, and key management. Experience balancing
build vs. buy
PAM solution strategies. Excellent communication and
consensus?building skills , able to articulate complex technical topics to diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
