Position Purpose
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Division Sales Director. You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Mark's sales technology, programs, and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task supporting the sales team members and Core-Mark's wide variety of business solutions. Primary Responsibilities
Key functions would be gathering compiling and analyzing sales data Implement pricing strategy and ongoing updates. Reporting on all sales related activity. Division Reply, CRM, BI-APP technology administration. Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance. Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management) Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance. Performing other tasks and duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred. Advanced skills in Excel Ability to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer. Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook. Ability to perform math calculations.
