This role is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, involving everything from receiving goods to preparing them for delivery. You'll be involved in order picking, packing, and ensuring that each shipment meets our high-quality standards. A strong focus on Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and we expect all associates to adhere to our established protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. This position requires the ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting and to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Label and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is an advantage.
- Physical capability for tasks requiring frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
