Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions.
- Ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the facility, supporting overall logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 60 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to attendance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
