Join our fast-paced logistics team as an Order Picker in St. Louis, Missouri! We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to accurately fulfill customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. You will be expected to navigate the warehouse, locate items, and prepare them for packing and shipping. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you must adhere to all established safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, capable of performing tasks that involve considerable walking, bending, and lifting. Experience with order picking systems or RF scanners is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Use order sheets or scanning devices to locate items.
- Verify picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing/shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks as needed.
- Meet established picking speed and accuracy targets.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
